- Shop drawings: INCLUDED: Ark Custom Pool & Spa includes one set of drawings for a standard residential hot tub and is included in the price. If additional drawing time is required due to changes in scope or size that are initiated by customer, it will be billed at a time and material basis at a rate of $95.00 per hour.
